Focus on professionalism and technology at Expo GastroPan 2016

The 8th edition of the most important event dedicated to professional baking and cooking technologies will take place between 7-9th of April 2016, in the Transylvanian city of Targu Mures, in Romania. Expo GastroPan will reunite all professional on the fields of milling, bakery, confectionery and HoReCa. Suppliers have already occupied more than 90% of the available booths and are already preparing numerous demo shows, workshops, launching and tasting of various products.
For three days Targu Mures will become the most important meeting point of the bakery, confectionery and hospitality market's supply and demand. For the visitors GastroPan exhibition offers unlimited business opportunities through a whole series of technologies, innovation and know-how exhibited. On the other hand, exhibitors will have a unique opportunity to get to know and fulfill the needs of the field's entrepreneurs and specialists.
Solutions for the entire industry: both artisan and industrial producers
The vast range of solutions exhibited at GastroPan 2016 is meant to help the activity of all types of businesses in this field, regardless of their profile or size. Thanks to the greatest international suppliers the event will present a whole series of equipment, accessories, utensils, ingredients, products and services dedicated to the bakery, confectionery and HoReCa industry. Smaller artisan bakeries, pretzel and doughnut makers, and also bigger industrial producers of bread, cookies, pasta, wafer and chocolate can find solutions suited for their businesses.
Dynamic programmes at Expo GastroPan: demo shows, launching and tasting of new products
Within the programmes organized by the suppliers to highlight the value and the benefits of their exhibited technologies the visitors will have the chance to interact with talented bakers, confectioners and chefs, to test the utensils, to taste the products and will discover new sources of inspiration and work techniques. In the same time the organizers will make sure that demo shows will be held continuously, which are organized by them in collaboration with the best master bakers, pastry chefs, chefs, cake decorators and masters of sugar paste modeling and vegetable/fruit carving.

At the contests organized within the framework of the exhibition are expected to enroll more than 200 bakers, confectioners and chefs from all around Romania. Within these contests the best cakes and breads, the tastiest pastry products, the most appetizing cold plates and the most impressive creations of food carving and artistic pieces made of bread dough and sugar paste will be awarded.
