In-line in- and out-feeder pitch set for pieces 300 mm. wide
The HL in-feeder and the HUL out-feeder are designed to guarantee the in-feed and out-feed flows for the line process involving large dimensioned profiles. The assembly of these machines at the line entry and exit allows the operator in charge to conduct monitoring and adjustment operations on the other in-line machines without having to interrupt line work phase activities. All the machine mechanical components are sized so that maximum stability is guaranteed for the handling and transfer of architectural mouldings up to 300 mm. wide. Pneumatically controlled pressure wheels enable the acceleration of the heavier profiles so that the line production speed settings are easily maintained. |
